Being a human is an expansive experience that includes beautiful moments as well as difficult and messy ones. It is my mission to work with you, collaboratively, to help you discover the wisdom and intuition that you already hold.
As a therapist, I view my clients through a non-judgmental and affirming lens. I believe that even the parts of ourselves that are hardest to share are deserving of self-compassion and understanding.Together, we will foster a safe space to explore the problematic internalized narratives and relational patterns that are holding you back from living a life that feels most aligned with your values. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
I approach therapy through a mindful, social justice and trauma-informed lens. I am queer, trans and fat positive.

Growing up in a suburb of Southern California, I learned early on that my outward appearance dictated my worth as an individual. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years striving to fit an ideal, an unobtainable search for perfection. It wasn’t until I developed an eating disorder and subsequently went to therapy that I began to understand the societal ideals I had internalized. As I deepened into my own healing, my intuition and sense of self became stronger, and I committed to living my life in a way that felt authentic to me.
Throughout the next few years, I recovered from my eating disorder, came out as a lesbian and moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This process inspired me to attend graduate school at Lewis and Clark to obtain my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, Sex Therapy Track. It has become a passion of mine to help others feel empowered in their authentic expression of sexuality, gender, kink, relationships and beyond.
My therapeutic approach is gentle, warm and rooted in client consent. I am inspired by humanistic, mindful-experiential, feminist and emotionally focused therapy. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, fat positive and committed to working from a social justice lens.
When I’m outside of the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, self-reflecting and exploring the vast amount of Portland ice cream shops.
