In a world where meaningful connection is often overlooked, my mission is to help you foster fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others. I create a compassionate and supportive space to explore relational challenges, heal from trauma, and embrace your authentic self. I am passionate about empowering you to take the steps to see change and live authentically. This may look like helping women with a low desire to rediscover their sexuality and relationship(s) with confidence, creating the relationship(s) you deserve and envision, or healing from past wounds or traumas. My practice is culturally responsive, honoring diverse identities and experiences, with a special focus on supporting the Latinx community. Together, we’ll work toward creating the meaningful, loving relationship(s) and sex you deserve!

My Journey
Growing up in a sex-positive household, I developed a deep appreciation for open, nonjudgmental conversations about relationships and sexuality—values that now form the foundation of my practice. My early fascination with the human experience began in high school, where I often reflected on people’s behaviors and motivations. This fascination led to my passion for helping others.
Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and Narrative Therapy, I guide you in cultivating emotional safety, resilience, and connection. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, empowering you to uncover your unique abilities as we build a foundation for growth and meaningful change. Whether dismantling unhelpful sexual narratives or navigating life’s complexities, my goal is to support your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
Outside of therapy, I am a proud gamer girl and cat mom to three adorable fur babies. I find joy in Pilates, indoor rock climbing, and belting out show tunes and pop hits during my commute. As a Southern Californian at heart, I thrive in the sunshine but also savor cozy indoor days when it rains—preferably curled up with my cats.
