My mission is to help you live a more fulfilling life. My experience has shown me that when we learn to treat ourselves with mindful compassion, we are more able to maintain relationships that are nurturing and authentic. I believe that we express some of our deepest truths through love and sex, and I want to help you discover yours in a judgement-free space. I am committed to maintaining a therapeutic container that aligns with my values which include multiculturalism, inclusivity, trauma-awareness and emotional safety. My therapeutic style is supportive, focused on your unique needs and strengths, and solution-oriented. I emphasize mindfulness, somatic experiences and communication as an art form and I look forward to helping you find your creative voice.

Every phase of my journey has been colored by two distinct themes – creativity and the human condition. As an artist, these interests have led me everywhere from painting portraits of people to collaborating with the body as a professional tattoo artist. In my personal life I have spent a great deal of time learning about spirituality and emotional needs are met by various practices and belief systems. As a student of mindfulness-based transpersonal therapy at Naropa University, these themes have been with me as my studies focus on mental and emotional health as a gateway to healing the soul.
I am passionate about social justice and dismantling systems of supremacy and oppression. My social identity carries with it a lot of privilege and it is important to me that I use that privilege to amplify the voices of those whose identities have been marginalized. I consider my therapy practice to be part of this work.
I enjoy spending my time making art, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with my partner and our dogs.
