You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts. To re-enroll, reply START or contact our office directly. You are not required to consent to SMS in order to receive services from The Center.

SMS and Privacy

Standard SMS is not an encrypted channel. Our text communications are limited to administrative and scheduling matters and will not include Protected Health Information (PHI). For sensitive clinical matters, please contact us by phone or through your secure client portal.

COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

CAN-SPAM Act

We collect email addresses to respond to inquiries and send practice-related communications. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we will: use accurate subject lines and sender identification; include our physical address in commercial emails; and honor opt-out requests promptly.
